Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach: Identify potential customers, research companies, and initiate contact through cold calling, email, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects based on predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) to ensure they are high-potential.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, contacts, and lead statuses in CRM systems.
Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns, refine messaging, and improve lead quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging prospects.
Tools: Proficiency MS Office/Excel.
